1. Place your order today and we send you a small pack for a teaspoon's worth of ash. 2. Not ready to order, but want a pack? Order a FREE cremation ash pack here. 3. Post that pack to me OR bring your ashes to my shop/workshop, if you would prefer not to post.
What's your current turn-around time?
Under the orange "Add To Cart" button is the estimated completion date. Depending on the time of year and the demand for my work, I can run at anything from 4-10 weeks completion. The current completion dates are UNDER the "Add To Cart" button.
How do I place an order?
Really simple, place your order on my website as the easiest way. We will send you an ash pack if your are ordering a cremation ash piece. If you are after a bespoke piece or want to do it over the phone, you can phone to place your order.
What is your refund policy?
Six months. Don't like your commission for any reason, and you want a full refund. Just return your piece. More details about 6 month refund policy.
How can I send you some handwriting or a fingerprint?
Easiest route is a high resolution scan or high quality photo. Then e-mail it over. If there are quality issue I will get back to you. Alternatively post to me or bring in person to the shop/workshop. If the item is extra special, use a trackable recorded delivery service like Royal Mail Special Delivery
